WHAT: Burberry Spring/Summer 2018. Creative Director Christopher Bailey has been at the helm of the iconic British fashion house for 17 years and is bidding "Goodbye".

INSPIRATION: Bailey named the collection "Time" and said it was the past, present, and future. The collection was also full of LGBTQ Pride with rainbows EVERYWHERE, as a bow to being a proud LGBTQ man who came from a working class background and after much bullying and being looked down upon, ended up being so admired and respected--not only in the fashion industry but the world.

SEEN ON THE RUNWAY: Bailey brought back part of Burberry’s ’80s past that the company had tried to bury by re-releasing a capsule collection of sweatshirts, checked bucket hats, and baseball caps as well as other items that one can find on a street stall in London (the faux ones!). Styles blended Hip-hop, relaxed, Street-style and Burberry Chic.
